So I have been on a diet for the past 4 weeks and its going pretty well. I have more energy and I can feel the difference. I was not going to start this diet but Laura and Kodak were so I decided to join on in. My biggest issue is eating! I hardly ever eat more then once a day. So that was the biggest issue to get over because you should be eating at least three meals a day. So I have decided to eat as often as I can and I eat only healthy foods. I have cut cola out of my diet and I have cut out red meats and most dairy. If I need milk to cook or drink I use Soy or Rice milk! I enjoy it.
I try to run everyday for at least 15 min mostly I run before I go to bed. But on Tuesday we got all of our stations and desks in at work so we were building all day and into the night. I was lifting and pushing and all sorts of other muscle straining things. So I woke up wed. morning and my butt hurt. I think it only hurt my butt because I have been lifting weights so my arms were not suffering. So Wed night I knew I had to run again even though I knew it hurt to walk. So I woke up today and my butt is not as sore but my thighs are killing me which means I have to run again tonight even though my life hurts!!
